Melissa Marino is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of experience in nursing. Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Melissa provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across the lifespan.

At Meadow Mental Health, Melissa is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care in a small, patient-centered practice. She takes a comprehensive approach to understanding each patient’s needs and developing treatment that is both evidence-based and personalized. Her areas of clinical focus include geriatric mental health, women’s mental health, and trauma-informed care, including support for survivors of domestic violence.

Before establishing her psychiatric practice, Melissa spent more than a decade in clinical and executive leadership across skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings. These experiences gave her a broad understanding of complex patient needs, healthcare systems, and evidence-based standards of care. She also serves as a Nursing Professor at a state university, where she shares her clinical knowledge and experience with the next generation of healthcare professionals.
